GY95 Terms and Conditions

Extreme wheeled sports can be highly technical and pose significant health risks to participants. Therefore, we require all facility users to accept and agree to our terms and conditions below. If you are under 16 years of age these Terms and Conditions must be signed by your parent or legal guardian, and their details must be submitted via our membership system. They must agree to the Consent Clause on the under 16 membership form.
I accept and agree that:
1. I attend the Trails and Track facilities at my own risk and GY95 CIO shall not be liable in the event of my sustaining any physical injuries or loss and I agree to waive all liability and claims against the Charity and it’s members.
2. Only registered members are permitted to use the facilities.
3. Extreme sports such as BMX can be dangerous and can result in injuries, you understand this and ride within your own ability.
4. I understand that whilst using the facilities I should wear appropriate protective equipment at all times, including a helmet and suitable footwear.
5. My equipment is checked prior to use and is fit for purpose.
6. I agree to check the take off and landing of various transitions on the site prior to their use and will notify GY95 staff if any obstructions or issues are noted. Additionally I will not proceed in riding any jumps until issues are rectified.
7. I will follow instructions of members of staff or volunteers at all times, management reserve the right to eject anyone from the facilities at any time.
8. I must always be aware and respectful of fellow facility users, staff and volunteers.
9. Abusive or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
10. Bullying or violence of any kind is strictly prohibited.
11. Alcohol must not be consumed on site unless expressly permitted by management. Alcohol is not to be consumed prior to undertaking sporting activities onsite, Anyone believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will asked to leave the site and membership withdrawn.
12. GY95 CIO does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage of your belongings.
13. I will use waste bins provided to dispose of my litter and rubbish.
14. Any borrowed equipment will be properly cared for and returned to staff when finished with.
